Mr. Chen Baizhu (陳百助) was appointed as an independent non-executive Director of our Company on December 20, 2018. From 1994 to present, Mr. Chen is the professor of University of Southern California in California, the US. Mr. Chen was awarded the 2002-2003 Golden Apple Teaching Award by Marshall School of Business of University of Southern California.

Mr. Chen graduated from Fudan University (復旦大學) in Shanghai, the PRC with a bachelor's degree in science in July 1985 and graduated from University of Rochester in the State of New York, the US with the doctor of philosophy degree in May 1992.
